By accessing and using FlexFit ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Health Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
FlexFit is not directed at children under 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may use FlexFit only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and accepts responsibility for your use of the App.
Because FlexFit involves physical exercise, minors should use the App only under adult supervision and with guidance appropriate to their age and development.
FlexFit is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may use workouts, programs, and estimates the App generates for your own training, including sharing them as described in "Your Content and AI Output." You may not copy, sell, or redistribute the App itself, our exercise library, prompts, or other FlexFit materials, or use the App to provide paid training services to others.

We may rate-limit, refuse requests, pause AI features, or terminate accounts that violate this section, that trip our automated safety screens, or that we reasonably believe create a risk of harm. Unused subscription time is not refunded except where the law requires it.
FlexFit is a general-purpose fitness tool that generates workout suggestions using artificial intelligence. It is not a substitute for professional fitness training, medical advice, nutritional counseling, or any other professional health service.
The workouts, exercise recommendations, nutritional information, and macro tracking features provided by FlexFit are:
"Personalized" in the App means the App uses the information you gave us (equipment, schedule, logged history). It does not mean a licensed professional assessed you or prescribed a plan.
If you are pregnant, postpartum, under 18, recovering from injury, or have a heart, blood-pressure, or diabetes condition, treat every suggestion as conservative by default and clear it with a clinician before you train.
If you have an eating disorder or are in recovery, do not use FlexFit's nutrition or weight-tracking features. Help is available from the National Eating Disorders Association at nationaleatingdisorders.org.
All exercise involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, muscle strain, joint injury, cardiovascular complications, and other health issues. You exercise entirely at your own risk.
By using FlexFit, you acknowledge and agree that:
FlexFit includes features to log meals and estimate macronutrient content, including through AI-powered photo analysis. These features are provided for informational and tracking purposes only.
If you log injections, doses, or other medication-related events, FlexFit is a private log only. It does not prescribe, dose, time, or advise on any drug, peptide, or hormone. Do not change a prescribed regimen based on anything in the App. Discuss all medications with the clinician who prescribed them.
Weight, measurements, and calculated figures such as BMI are tracking aids, not a medical assessment. BMI categories are crude population labels; they are not a diagnosis. Weekly weight-change figures are descriptive stats from the weights you logged — they are not a goal FlexFit has set for you.
FlexFit uses third-party AI services to generate workout recommendations, power the in-app assistant, and analyze food. Outputs are produced per request and are not reviewed by a human before you see them. You acknowledge that:
When our automated safety screens flag an input, we may retain a short excerpt of that input for safety review.
By creating an account and using FlexFit's AI features, you consent to your fitness profile, injury and equipment notes, assistant messages, program text you write, workout history, meal descriptions, and meal photos being transmitted to and processed by the third-party AI providers identified in our Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to this processing, do not use the App.
Your content. You keep ownership of content you upload or write (meal photos, notes, custom exercises, programs you author). You grant FlexFit a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the App for you — including sending it to the AI providers described in the Privacy Policy. You represent you have the rights to that content.
AI output. Subject to these Terms and your subscription, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use programs, workouts, mobility routines, and food estimates the App generates, for your own training. FlexFit and its licensors retain all other rights in the App, prompts, exercise library, and generators. AI output may be similar for different users. We do not warrant that output is unique or non-infringing.
Sharing. If you use sharing features, you are responsible for who you share with. Shared programs are still suggestions, not professional instruction.
Copyright complaints. If you believe content in the App infringes your copyright, send a notice through the contact page that includes: your contact information, a description of the work, the URL or location of the material, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized, and your signature. We may remove content and, in appropriate cases, terminate repeat infringers.
FlexFit is a paid subscription service. Payments made on the website are processed by Stripe; FlexFit does not store your full payment card details. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are billed by Apple (see "Apple App Store" below).
THE APP AND ALL AI OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any content will be accurate, safe, reliable, or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexFit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or personal injury, arising from:
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Some places do not allow certain limitations. In those places, we limit our liability only as much as the law allows. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury to the extent the law forbids that limit.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FlexFit and its operators from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising out of: (a) your use of the App or of AI output; (b) your content; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of law. We may take over defense of any claim at our expense.
You are responsible for:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to FlexFit, or to pause AI features, at any time without notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms or of Acceptable Use, including via automated safety screens.
We may add, change, or remove features, including which AI providers and models we use, without liability to you. AI features may be slow, rate-limited, or unavailable. We do not promise any particular model, provider, or level of output quality. If we discontinue the App entirely, we will follow the cancellation and refund rules in Subscriptions and Billing and any non-waivable law.
If you download FlexFit from the Apple App Store, you and FlexFit acknowledge that:
In-app subscriptions purchased through Apple are billed by Apple to your Apple ID. They auto-renew unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your Apple ID Account Settings. The Stripe terms in "Subscriptions and Billing" apply to purchases made on the website, not to Apple-billed purchases.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us through the app's contact page and give us 30 days to work with you to resolve the dispute informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Legal notices to FlexFit should be sent through the contact page. Our mailing address of record for formal notices is our registered address in Texas, available on request.
We may modify these terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where we consider it appropriate, ask you to accept the new version before you keep using the App (we record the version you accepted). If you do not agree, stop using the App and cancel. Your continued use of FlexFit after changes are posted, or after you accept a new version, constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
