- Everything — AI workout generation, program progression, the training assistant, mobility routines, food and macro tracking, weight and body tracking, and workout sharing. There are no feature tiers.
- Are there limits on AI features?
- AI-generated workouts and food estimates have a generous monthly cap to keep costs predictable. Normal daily use stays well under it, and logging sets, weight, and meals by hand is never metered.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. You can cancel from Settings at any time and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- What is the difference between the monthly and yearly plans?
- The features are identical. The yearly plan is billed once at $120, which is 50% less than paying $19.99 monthly for twelve months.
