Built by one lifter who got tired of rewriting his own program every Monday.
I'm a software developer who lifts, runs, and plays golf. I'm not a credentialed coach, and FlexFit doesn't pretend to be one. What I am is someone who has spent years reading training research, trying programs on myself, and getting frustrated that every good program lived in a spreadsheet I had to babysit.
Most workout apps either hand you a static plan or ask you to build one from scratch. Neither adapts when you train at home on Tuesday and at the gym on Thursday, or when you only have 30 minutes. FlexFit generates each session from your program, the equipment in front of you, and what you actually lifted last time — so the plan keeps up with your life instead of the other way around.
FlexFit uses large language models, run and chosen in-house, to generate workouts and answer training questions. Every generation is grounded in the same inputs: your program's current week, your equipment profile, your logged sets, and how long you have. The models don't invent exercises — they choose from FlexFit's own library of 116 movements with written form guides.
Everything published on this site — the blog, the exercise guides, the answers on the marketing pages — is reviewed by a person before it goes live. AI helps draft; it does not publish on its own.
